Almond Butter Pancakes

Makes six medium-size pancakes
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
  1. Heat griddle or pan to medium heat, coat with preferred oil or add a bit of butter so pancake batter does not stick
  2. Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir until everything is completely mixed together
  3. Pour batter onto griddle and allow to cook until bottoms start to slightly brown, about three minutes
  4. Flip and continue to cook until other side slightly browns, about two to three minutes
  5. Top with desired toppings and enjoy
