Makes six medium-size pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Heat griddle or pan to medium heat, coat with preferred oil or add a bit of butter so pancake batter does not stick
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir until everything is completely mixed together
- Pour batter onto griddle and allow to cook until bottoms start to slightly brown, about three minutes
- Flip and continue to cook until other side slightly browns, about two to three minutes
- Top with desired toppings and enjoy
