Sauteed apples and pecans


You will need: 2 apples 1 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil 1/2 cup of pecans ( or more if you would like more) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Start by adding ghee or coconut oil to a skillet. Once it is melted add your apples and pecans. Let them sauté a couple of minutes. Finally add the cinnamon and vanilla and sauté until soft. You can also do this with peaches and it would be yummy too!
