Excuses abound for not exercising. Everything from not having time, it's too hard, I don't have the motivation, I don't have money for a gym membership, and the very popular.. I will start soon. Whatever the reason for not exercising, one fact is undeniable. A sedentary (inactive) lifestyle is one of the top risk factors for heart disease.
